TAX FRAUD

Alfred Pettersen admits that his partnership agreement with Tarl Robinson, Plexus Worldwide was a TAX FRAUD. Please read the comments sections on the pages and posts. Thinking out loud here, these are my 2 cents. Do with them what you like. They are just letters typed on my computer that show up here and who knows elsewhere.

Thought #1 about Marriage

People get married for many reasons, some do it to stay in countries in order to gain citizenship. Nothing new there, mail order brides have been around forever. Some new couples want to combine their incomes for tax purposes to take advantage of what governments are offering married couples in forms of tax write offs and benefits. It's easier to put purchases in your spouses names. The way the economy is going, you can't really blame anyone for taking advantage of what is being offered, IF they tie the knot. Yes, there are some that might marry out of love. I think these days, that is rare.

Thought #2 about Divorce

The naughty D word, Divorce. Why? Well, I guess that once one has met all of the qualifications to gain citizenship and they have done what the law asks, they can part ways. No harm No foul. If they have been under the scrutiny of the IRS and have had to open their private business and explain where their money is; it may be easier to say they spend it all on divorce! Their spouse took and they are left with only a modest amount that would not make one question any longer. Yes, there are some that divorce as they just have fallen out of love. I think these days, that is rare as well.

Thought #3 about Civil Suits

When one has had a partnership, a friendship, and grounds to maintain that mutual respect and mutual benefit, Civil Suits do pop up and leave people scratching their head as to why? Why? I think it's because these people have ulterior motives and have sealed documents located at lawyers offices. How easy would it be to say I'm being sued and sorry, IRS, I have no money.

Thought #4 about Scams

A scam is a scam, no matter how you want to dress it up, how you want to repackage it, and no matter how hard you try to conceal it. Scams always have a way of being brought to light.
